Key responsibilities for the role include:
-Proactive contribution to business development through lead generation and qualification, proposal development and client presentations, and opportunity conversion in line with set targets.
-Lead, plan, coordinate and execute assigned and won research and consulting engagements.
-Communicate with client team on an ongoing basis pre-, during- and post-engagement delivery.
-Handle data analysis, interpretation, and process design interviews for clients.
-Mentor, train and motivate team members daily to complete research and consulting engagements within set deadlines.
-Present findings to client in an understandable and impactful manner.
-Stay abreast with latest developments in research and consulting tools and techniques.

-Attend networking events, training, and industry seminars regularly.
-Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
-A relevant Honour’s and/or Master’s degree in commerce, economics, and/or business administration.
-A minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in research and/or consulting.
