Job Summary
The clients objective is to ensure that Infrastructure South Africa becomes the leading and “go-to†authority on Infrastructure Research, Information, Long-term Planning and Guidance in South Africa and Africa. The Human Capital Consultant (HCC) will support the clients Technical Task Team in providing an end-to-end Human Capital value chain and Advisory support to the business, and management of people practices and processes in the business. Qualification Relevant HR Management Degree or Industrial Psychology or related discipline. Knowledge Skills Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive, practical exposure/application of human resource management processes with an HR generalist background. Strong background in partnering with the diverse stakeholders. Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures Provide a resourcing service across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring awareness of legislative and ensuring all resourcing are undertaken in line with best practice, policies and regulations, Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, Responsible for the full Resourcing life cycle from approval for recruitment through to sourcing, assessment, offer, contractual and on boarding up to end of probation including meeting new starters for feedback, ensuring communication is managed appropriately, Create and implement effective onboarding plans, Develop training and development programs, Assist in performance management processes, Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements, Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance, Promote ISA as an employer of choice with strong brand recognition across all sourcing channels both internally and externally.Â
