Qualifications and Experience: A relevant B-degree or Honours degree in Risk Management, Operations, or a related field. Experience in risk management, including exposure to SHEQ or OHS. Proficiency in internal audit or process audit. Strong change management and project implementation skills. The ability to manage multiple sites effectively. Exposure to the South African insurance industry is a plus. Experience influencing executive-level decision-making.
