Our client firmly believes that data holds the key to unlocking revenue and operational efficiency in the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing. This is a 6-month contract role (with the possibility of going perm). Degree in Marketing and Quantitative Studies 8+ years of effective brand management experience 10+ years of leadership experience in digital analytics, data management, and technology change platforms Expert in analysing and Interpreting Information Expert in client Journeys and Personas 8+ years in Digital Analytics and Reporting Develop and drive adherence to CoE best practices and technologies, governance, and processes in order to mitigate risks for the organisation. Develop and implement monitoring processes that demonstrate return on investment on spend. Develop and manage budgets for the team that are consistent with the financial guidelines provided by the business unit, Finance, and Marketing. Develop the relevant frameworks, processes, policies, and for these disciplines for the Group. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and foster innovation within the team. Drive the implementation of relevant tools for Brand and Marketing. Enable marketing and communications teams to produce reports that can be used to derive insights that can be used to improve Marketing and communications activities on all digital platforms. Ensure digital and direct marketing activities are tracked in accordance to the Group measurement framework that will enable brand and Marketing, and business stakeholders to derive insights that will enhance the performance of Marketing, eCommerce, business, and Channel teams against business objectives. Establish and maintain solid and productive relationships across all business units, client segments, and client solutions to ensure alignment of how these capabilities are developed. Establish and manage the data governance in line with the Group's data governance standards, guidelines, and policies. Foster industry working relationships gaining insight into management practices and lessons learnt, assessing the best practice that will contribute to the success of the capabilities. Interview and recruit new members of the team, including determining the appropriate salary with input from the People and Culture Business Partner. Lead the data-driven marketing Centre of Expertise (CoE) and refine and enhance the operating model that aligns with Group policies, processes, and governance. Maintain a succession plan for the team by reviewing the skills of the team at least twice a year and having career conversations with them. Monitor team activities and costs and utilisation of resources required to meet operational requirements. Partner with other CoEs in Brand and Marketing, IT, and Personalisation to build data-driven marketing capabilities in order to enhance marketing activities. Provide strategic direction to the team by leading and guiding the team outputs in line with the delivery of business objectives. Recommend marketing communication standards and policy changes to the Head, of Digital Enablement and Platforms.
