The SGB is looking for a skilled person to fill temporary post available immediately.
In this role, you should be able to perform multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner under minimum supervision .
-General administrative running of the front office.
-Assisting in arranging and facilitating meetings, training events and support groups.
-Send and receive emails, faxes and mail on behalf of the organisation in line with procedures.
-Make and receive telephone calls professionally and courteously.
-Undertake photocopying tasks
-Create and maintain filling systems
- Research, prepare and supply information as required.
-Minute taking of meetings
-Responsive feedback and communication internally and externally.
-Supplier management including sourcing and comparing quotes, manage orders and deliveries, follow up on statements.
-Undertake projects and general administration tasks as required by management.
-Experience and knowledge of dealing with learners would be an advantage .
