About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and lead initiatives focused on business process optimization and digital transformation. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, helping drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

• Analyze and map business processes to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Lead the delivery of business and system projects across departments.

• Manage system issues, change requests, enhancements, and UAT testing.

• Prepare clear Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and support documentation.

• Support workflow automation and manage enterprise tools such as SAGE Evolution and Laserfiche.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.

• Provide training and support to end-users.

What You’ll Bring Experience & Education

• 5–10 years in a Business Analyst role, preferably in BPO or digital transformation projects.

• Matric essential; degree in Business Analysis, IT, or related field is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in: PHP, SQL (MS SQL, T-SQL), JavaScript, JSON, XML, C#.

• Experience with: SAP HANA/BW, SAGE Evolution, Jira, GitHub, WordPress, Visual Studio.

• Familiar with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall methodologies, and Business Intelligence reporting.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects under pressure.

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
