Responsibilities: Handle all sales inquiries professionally and promptly, providing rates and hotel information. Take minutes during Sales and Marketing meetings. Coordinate site inspections with relevant departments. Send and update STO, Corporate, and FIT contracts to clients as per agreements. Ensure availability of all information on the Opera system. Maintain and update the Sales database, assist with sales administrative tasks, and generate reports for sales meetings. Distribute and record all FIT/Group Rates using Opera, Excel spreadsheet, etc. Book accommodation for sales executives' trips, including normal and barter accommodations. List Sales Activities in Opera for monthly reports. Handle comp/site inspection/collaboration/educational stayover requests and related bookings. Assist Tour Operators with brochure contributions, arrange payments, and liaise with the Marketing Manager. Liaise with the Finance department for Sales and Revenue purchasing orders, update invoices, and ensure timely payments. Process sales monthly/weekly claims as per request. Conduct research on marketing-related topics when required. Assist in booking client meetings for the sales team. Handle ad hoc duties as required, including creating manual prize letters and barter redemptions. Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures. Maintain a positive work environment through compliance with quality and operational standards and teamwork. Assist in monitoring social media channels across all outlets. Update corporate extranet with the latest news, images, videos, blog content, etc. Create and/or update corporate presentations. Update and maintain the corporate website. Conduct market-specific research. Assist in researching the latest ecommerce/digital trends. Audit online travel sites for consistency. Manage branding, advertising, trade shows, company events, and promotional collateral. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Opera system and Microsoft Office suite. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Knowledge of hotel industry operations. Team player with a positive attitude.
