Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints
Produce high-quality print and digital collateral, including in-store displays, menus, promotional posters, and branded merchandise
Create and adapt digital content for web, email campaigns, apps, and basic animated assets
Design packaging, labelling, icons, patterns, and illustrations in line with brand guidelines
Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to localise content and support campaign rollouts
Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards
Assist with ad-hoc design needs, including presentations and internal communications
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, or related field
At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, and project management tools is advantageous
Background in retail, FMCG, or related fast-paced consumer environments preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, digital design, and visual identity
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate briefs into creative solutions
A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
