Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across email, SMS, mobile, in-app, and web
Own campaign delivery end-to-end, from briefing to analysis
Build lifecycle-based campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
Use data to inform targeting, messaging, and timing decisions
Lead A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on delivery and strategy
2–5 years’ SEO experience (agency preferred)
Proven success improving rankings and traffic
Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
Experience with GSC, GA4, and reporting tools
Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
Core Competencies
Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management
Strong understanding of digital communication and customer journeys
Experience with marketing automation / CRM tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
