Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of integrated global campaigns, managing timelines, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
Creative Direction: Write clear, strategic creative briefs and manage the production process from concept to final asset, ensuring all output meets brand standards
Brand & Content: Oversee content calendars, safeguard brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints (social, web, retail, distributor materials)
Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key retail partners and collaborators to develop co-marketing initiatives that drive visibility and impact
Digital Marketing: Support paid media, email, and social initiatives, working with performance teams to optimise campaigns and analyse data for actionable insights
Distributor Support: Develop marketing toolkits and assets for global distributors, supporting local market execution and alignment with global strategy
Product Launches: Lead go-to-market execution for new releases, developing sales tools and compelling product storytelling
Reporting: Track campaign performance against KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Experience: 4–7+ years in marketing (fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brand preferred)
Execution Skills: Proven track record executing multi-channel campaigns and managing creative production processes
Partnerships: Experience managing external agencies and building strategic partner relationships
Digital Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analysis
Attributes: Detail-oriented, commercially minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
