Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Influencer & Affiliate Strategy: Manage, grow, and optimize existing influencer and affiliate programs, identifying new partners who authentically align with the brand
Event & Activation Vision: Develop, lead, and execute a full calendar of brand activations, from pop-ups and launch events to wellness workshops and community gatherings
Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the curve on beauty, wellness, and cultural trends to ensure events and partnerships are fresh, relevant, and buzz-worthy
End-to-End Execution: Oversee all aspects of event production, including creative concepting, vendor management, budgeting, on-site logistics, and post-event analysis
Community Building: Create moments that deepen our connection with existing customers and attract new audiences through memorable, share-worthy experiences
Data-Driven Insights: Measure and report on the ROI of events and partnerships, using data to inform future strategies and optimize for success
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
You have 2-4 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand events, or influencer relations, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle space
You are a creative storyteller with a proven track record of developing and executing successful events from concept to completion
You have direct experience managing influencer and/or affiliate programs and are well-connected within the creator community
You live and breathe trends you know what’s going to be big in beauty and wellness before it hits the mainstream
You are a proactive, hands-on problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to build and shape a brand’s presence
