A well-established organisation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
You will support the Marketing Manager, as well as Sales and Product teams, in the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns and materials. The role involves both digital and traditional marketing, with a strong focus on coordination, administration, and campaign performance tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate the development and distribution of marketing and sales support material (print, digital, social media, POS, catalogues, etc.)
- Assist in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar and planned activities
- Coordinate digital communications including websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance using relevant tools and systems
- Manage marketing stock, promotional materials, and related expenses
- Liaise with external suppliers and agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Assist with events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Support visual merchandising and brand presentation where required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing (Diploma or Degree)
- 4–7 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
