About the Role

As an Associate Content Specialist, you’ll create and optimise content across blogs, social media, and community platforms, ensuring strong brand visibility and engagement. You’ll work closely with SEO and marketing teams to deliver content that is both creative and performance-driven. This role suits someone who enjoys experimenting with new formats, analysing performance data, and continuously refining content strategies to resonate with a B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish blog content aligned to the content calendar and propose new ideas
• Optimise content for SEO and continuously improve performance through re-optimisation
• Own and manage social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn
• Experiment with content formats, messaging, and engagement strategies on social platforms
• Build and manage presence on community platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and industry forums
• Contribute to brand visibility across digital channels, including AI-indexed content sources
• Monitor performance using tools like GA4, HubSpot, and social analytics platforms
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align messaging and content strategy
• Stay up to date with trends in B2B marketing, SEO, and content strategy

What You’ll Bring

• Strong writing ability across formats (blog, social, email, web)
• Passion for social media and brand building
• Working understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Curious, test-and-learn mindset with a data-driven approach
• Strong attention to detail and editing capability
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of experience in content, marketing, or social/community management
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments
• Experience managing LinkedIn or community platforms (Reddit, Quora)
• Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Exposure to AI search visibility or generative engine optimisation concepts
