DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to.
Advisory- and- Administrative support for Disciplinary matters
Assistance in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings.
Drive required Recruitment process.
Induction
Guidance and Assistance
Employee payroll admin
Employee file maintenance
Contract, job offer and amendment creation.
Drive and aid with Training & Development
Monthly Reporting
General reports as & when required.
Ensure that BCEA is adhered to.
Drive and organise Leadership and culture development.
Organize and develop External training projects.
Administrative duties

Previous lodge HR Management experience
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent Excel and database management skills
Assertive and resilient
Able to work under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable
Logical and objective
This is a live in role that is bush based. Must have prior hospitality expereince.
