Job Summary
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years sales experience
- Experience in new business sales
- Good communications skills in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
- Remain self-motivated and use initiative at all times
- Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work towards deadlines and in a team

KPAs:
- Responsible for securing new business in Rustenburg and surrounding area through selling all recruitment service offerings (Temporary Employment Services, Perm, Executive Search etc.)
- Build on existing relationships that will ensure lateral development of business opportunities
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets and accurate and timely reporting thereof
- Network to ensure reliable and sustainable client database
- Cold calling / lead generation in line with targets set
- Schedule meetings with clients in line with targets set
- Provide customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
- Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently • Assist with preparing quotations for clients and follow up to close
- Conduct detailed research on clients prior to scheduling meetings – optimise on opportunity and networking
