Minimum Requirement:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Certificate / Diploma and studying toward a formal qualification (HR Management, Industrial Relations, or similar)
- Certified pastel payroll experience Advantageous
Job Functions Summary:
- Pastel Payroll full function and associated administration
- HR Administration – Take on to termination
- Preparation of multiple reports
- Corporate Compliance
- SARS EMP 501 Submissions
- Prepare data for WSP and ATR submission
- Assist with the preparation of BEE Audits
- Assist with COID ClaimsAssistance with recruitment
- Internal Customer Care
