- Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
Requirements
- 5 Years’ experience in a human resource management function operating at senior management level and manage legal compliance with labour legislation, maintain personnel records and provide information for routine reports.
Duties
- Recruitment and on boarding, including advertising new positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and appointments
- Maintain employee personnel files for all employees and retain records of terminated employees as per legal requirements and Control of Records Procedure
- Liaise with managers wrt performance management of subordinates and arrange for/conduct probation assessments
- Generate monthly report and submit to Top and Senior Management on critical aspects of HR & IR Management
- Establish and maintain a medical surveillance program as per the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act in liaison with the SHE Control Officer and Occupational Health Service Provider
- Engage with NBCRFLI and employees who falls under the NBCRFI (Drivers)
- Act as EE Manager for the Company and ensure full compliance with requirements including plans, reporting, training, AA measures to achieve objectives
- Act as Skills Development Facilitator for the Company and ensure compliance with SD Act
- Implement and maintain Human Resources Policies based on labour legislation and Company requirements
- Liaise with the BEE Verification Company on an annual basis and arrange for BEE audits for INV & ICL before expiry of existing certificates
