Duties:
Business Development and client database development
Client liaison
Placing adverts
Response handling of cvs
Formatting of cvs
Screening of candidates
Interviewing of candidates
Arranging interviews with candidates and clients
Sourcing of candidates in line with job specification
Compiling a candidate database
Head hunting of candidates
Reference checking
Conducting all recruitment checks in MIE/Kroll/Lexis Nexis
Meeting targets
Meeting deadlines
Compiling client feedback
Regretting unsuccessful candidates
