Graduate: Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator

This role will be required to work closely with our Recruitment Consultants while simultaneously growing yourself in this ever-changing industry and learning from the best!
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with candidates and clients with regards to availability
- Scheduling interviews
- Scheduling meetings with clients
- Running verification checks and references
- Screening potential candidates
- System maintenance (ensuring all job adverts are up and running). Experience on Ditto Hire preferable
- Assisting with reports and weekly feedback
- Assisting with invoicing for work done
- Feedback to candidates
- Administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and updating share drive
- Ad-hoc attending stand-ups and ensuring work is covered- feedback into business
- Ad-hoc researching potential clients and candidates
- Ad-hoc Scoping the current industry and market for new opportunities
- Implementing and maintaining an efficient filing system (both virtual and physical)
Essential requirements:
- Graduate degree or relevant diploma/certifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
