Roles and Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Write compelling, brand-aligned job adverts (accounting/finance sector)
Post job listings on LinkedIn, TotalJobs, CV-Library, Indeed
Run targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
Build, manage and refresh accounting-specific talent pools
Search internal CRM (Vincere) for relevant candidates
2. Candidate Screening & Communication
Review applications and compile qualified longlists (10–20 candidates)
Proactively message candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
Book candidates for screening calls with consultants
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communications
3. Campaign & Outreach Management
Build campaign sequences in SourceWhale and LinkedIn Recruiter
Use enrichment tools (Kaspr, etc.) to complete contact info
Track and monitor outreach responses and flag engaged leads
4. Documentation & Admin
Format CVs using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT prompts) for client submission
Write executive candidate briefs based on call notes and CVs
Send reference requests and update records in Vincere
Maintain high-quality documentation and version control
5. Database & Pipeline Management
Ensure all records in Vincere are structured, tagged, and up to date
Track candidate journeys, history, and sourcing methods
Support passive talent engagement over time
6. Process Improvement & Automation
Identify ways to improve or automate repetitive tasks
Use AI tools to increase accuracy and reduce admin
Contribute to refining workflows and delivery operations
7. Light Business Development Support (Ad Hoc)
Research target firms within finance/accounting sectors
Support contact list creation and enrichment for potential clients
