Our client is searching for a Support Consultant to join their team in Boksburg.
Qualifications and experience
Experience in HR, Payroll, and T&A Functions
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Office 365 and Teams a must
Fully computer literate
Strong Excel Skills
Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll functions including Tax calculations, HR and payroll legislative reporting (This will be tested during the interview process)
Soft Skills
Good communication skills verbal and written - English
Positive and energetic attitude with a hands-on approach to work
Ability to work without supervision and in a changing environment
Work under pressure
Eager to learn and grow
Ability to find solutions for common computer problems, Excel, Office etc.
Own Transport is recommended
Good work ethics
Advantageous
Customer service exposure
Time and Attendance basic knowledge
Mining industry knowledge/experience
Basic SQL understanding
Duties
Client support and query handling on current and future Products
Testing software releases including recreating and reporting tests results
