What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute the Academy’s long-term growth and strategic plans.

• Identify new markets, services, and commercial opportunities to expand the Academy’s footprint.

• Build sustainable business models supporting ongoing growth, revenue, and impact.

• Lead initiatives to secure grants, funded projects, and sponsorships through strategic relationships with government, industry, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

• Represent the Academy at industry forums, stakeholder engagements, and key partnerships.

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programmes covering teacher development, digital skills, AI literacy, and lifelong learning.

• Drive the adoption of digital and blended learning solutions, including online content, micro-credentials, and learning analytics.

• Ensure programmes meet quality standards, maintain accreditation, and are aligned with future learning demands.

• Manage project governance, oversee budgets, and monitor operational performance.

• Build organisational capacity through effective team management and external partnerships.

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of senior experience in education, business development, or related fields.

• Proven strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.

• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.

• Ability to innovate and lead change within a complex environment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
