Role Overview
As part of its continued growth, redAcademy is expanding its Career Accelerator team to meet increasing demand for both accredited skills programmes and short, high-impact courses designed for employed learners. These programmes equip working professionals with practical, workplace-ready capabilities aligned to industry and regulatory standards.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Facilitator with a strong academic or vocational background in technology-focused education to deliver structured, outcomes-driven learning aligned to QCTO accreditation standards.
This role combines learner facilitation, content development, curriculum support, learner tracking, and client engagement. The successful candidate will work with employed professionals across industries, ensuring academic integrity while enabling meaningful workplace application.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Facilitation
- Deliver curriculum aligned to skills programmes and short courses to employed learners.
- Facilitate structured group learning, discussions, and practical application sessions.
- Lead interactive sessions including discussions, industry-relevant case studies, and applied customised workplace activities.
- Support learners in understanding and applying concepts within their organisational context.
Acadmeic & Programme Delivery
- Contribute to the development and refinement of training materials in line with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
- Ensure assessments, moderation processes, and learner portfolios meet compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate learner records and documentation in line with QCTO requirements.
Cohort & Learner Management
- Monitor learner attendance, progress, and assessment completion.
- Provide structured learner support and academic guidance.
- Prepare progress updates and reports for internal teams and corporate clients.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in client onboarding and programme scoping discussions.
- Contextualise learning examples to align with industry-specific needs.
- Maintain professional relationships with corporate stakeholders.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure training delivery meets redAcademy quality standards and accreditation requirements.
- Stay informed on developments in digital skills, workplace trends, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of programme design and delivery
Required Experience & Skills
- Academic, education, or vocational training background (Learning & Development, Education, or related field).
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Python, or Web Development.
- Experience facilitating both accredited skills programmes or structured professional training.
- Understanding of QCTO processes, assessment principles, and quality assurance requirements (advantageous).
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, particularly with adult professionals.
- Ability to translate theoretical content into practical workplace application.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative capability.
- Experience using digital learning platforms (advantageous).
