Where You'll Make an Impact:
Serve as the Principal , leading the instructional programme to achieve outstanding academic results, with a special focus on matric performance and post-school readiness.
Drive a personalized, data-informed academic vision, cultivating a high-expectations, scholar-centred culture aligned with the schol's values.
Oversee the preparation and administration of NSC exams and Umalusi accreditation, ensuring compliance and excellence in examination standards.
Cultivate a high-performing leadership team by providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure a safe, orderly, and emotionally secure environment for scholars and staff, implementing restorative justice approaches and support programs.
Manage operational functions such as budgeting, resource allocation, compliance, and logistics related to campus transitions, including moving into permanent facilities.
Build strong relationships with the community, parents, and stakeholders to foster trust, transparency, and shared commitment to student success.
Lead change management initiatives and strategic projects to enhance the school’s operational and educational effectiveness.
Duties:
Lead academic programmes with a focus on matric outcomes and learner achievement.
Implement advanced, technology-enhanced learning strategies.
Manage and develop the school leadership team.
Oversee compliance with examination standards and school policies.
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive school climate.
Oversee operational management including budgeting and resource planning.
Engage with the community and external stakeholders.
Support the transition to new campus facilities.
Requirements:
B.Ed. or PGCE qualification.
SACE accreditation.
Proven experience leading a matric cohort successfully.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated resilience and change leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication skills.
