Purpose of this Role:
Providing logistical support for specific markets and assisting in market stock allocation and general operations.
Key responsibilities for the position:
- Bookings creation / cancellation and follow up for specific markets.
- Allocating of stock as supplied by the senior controller
- Sending out loading instructions
- Pull, validate and the distribution of BD packing lists
- Risk Report Analysis
- Invoicing
- Support to other departments with regards queries
- Deviation tracking
- Documentation tracking
