Join a well-established farming operation as a Maintenance Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance-related activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and supporting efficient production through structured planning and execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.
Minimum requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience
• Mechanical or Electrical qualification/experience (essential)
• Computer literate (MS Office and Pastel)
• Technical knowledge of steelwork, irrigation systems, electronics, mechanisation, and automation (advantageous)

Key responsibilities:
• Plan, prioritise, and oversee all maintenance projects
• Manage preventative maintenance programmes
• Issue and monitor job cards
• Effectively manage and utilise maintenance staff
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles and equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and stock levels
• Track logbooks and fuel consumption
• Handle all maintenance-related administration
• Develop and annually review standard operating procedures
• Develop and annually review maintenance team duty schedules
• Manage the maintenance budget
• Enforce and implement disciplinary standards
