Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Customer Experience Specialist | Customer Care Consultant within the E-commerce | Online Retail | Consumer Health or FMCG Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Customer Service | Communications | Marketing | Business Administration will be beneficial
- Proficient in CRM systems | Email Support Platforms | Online Order Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of handling Customer Complaints | Online Feedback Management | Order Resolution and Post-Purchase Support
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and recent payslips required
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
