Job Summary

Operational Manager Poultry Feed Mill

Gauteng

Sal 1,2 to 1,75 million per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager from a Feed Mill who has experience in the following:

· Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility to achieve maximum production and profitability.

· Managing production schedules,

· Ensuring quality control standards are met

· Optimizing efficiency in the manufacturing process.

· Managing inventory levels,

· Coordinating with suppliers,

· Implementing safety protocols

Essentials for the role

1. Degree or diploma

2. Experience in managing a Feed mill for at least three years

3. Good work track record in Animal feed manufacturing and processing (min ten years)

4. Strong people leadership

5. Excellent organizational skills

6. Afrikaans speaking pref
