Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a Talent Acquisition and Development capacity within the Manufacturing | Construction | Agricultural Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources | Legal | Education, with strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Development
- Proficient in MS Office Projects | SAGE People 300 | E-learning Platforms
- Strong knowledge of Training & Development | Talent Acquisition | Employment Equity | Workforce Development | Organisational Design
- Valid Driver's Licence and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
- Provident | Medical | 13th Cheque | Company Bonus Plan
