Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and service offerings within existing sites / accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and account reviews.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements where required
