This role requires an experienced relationship manager in the medical sales industry and will be dealing with USA clients.

Description

This is a sales role within USA Medical sector. Duties would include but are not limited to:

• Responsible to conduct telephonic sales as well as handle customer issues pertaining to the sales of hearing aids within the United States market.
• The role will include outbound and inbound sales calls (including cold calling) as well as the provision of support queries from customers on the delivery and use of the hearing aids.
• In-the-job training will be provided with regards to hearing aids and hearing loss.
• The ideal person for this job? Somebody with empathy and good conversational skills to build rapport with our client (who are mostly over the age of 50). Quick thinking and a go-getter attitude will get you far!
• We are not simply selling a product, or features. We are selling a solution that will assist clients in reconnecting to the world they love. Hearing loss is a very personal issue, so being able to build trust and take a journey with a client will be absolutely necessary.

The managed care coordinator will have to handle various operational and medical issues for Senso Health. Their duties will include ensuring effective communication between medical facilities, patients, and insurance companies, handling medical files and documentation requests, and communicating with physicians and other health care professionals to process referrals and authorize services. In addition, they will be responsible for maintaining managed care contracts and preparing reports, and working closely with care management members to assess health needs and facilitate services.

MANAGED CARE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all clinical operations comply with guidelines and other manage care policies.
• Prepare, document, approve or pend cases in appropriate systems with proper ICD-10 and CPT codes for clinical review.
• Communicate with medical doctors, RN's and patients.
• Review ICD-10 and codes to insure proper coding used on claims.
• Verify CPT codes requiring authorization and network versus non-network providers.
• Document confidential patient information, ensuring strict confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Verify member eligibility -monitor email- attach clinical to authorizations; forward to RN or MD for review
• Design form to notify the attending provider and ancillary staff of the length of stay.
• Review charts for assign patients, gather pertinent clinical information require to obtain commercial insurance approvals .
• Address patient requests and needs in a professional manner.
• Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.

Summary/objective
