We are seeking a motivated and professional Teleseller Clerk with 1 to 3 years of experience in selling pharmaceutical products to join our team in Springfield, Durban. This position involves contacting pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell a range of medicines. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Promote pharmaceutical products and provide accurate product information
- Process and capture customer orders
- Maintain updated customer records and call logs
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle product-related inquiries in a professional manner
- Stay informed about product updates and market trends
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical telesales
- Must have a Matric certificate
- Solid knowledge of medicines and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Diploma or certificate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
- Able to work well independently and meet targets under pressure
