Our client in the Healthcare / Medical Aid Industry is looking to employ a Reporting Analyst to join their team based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate is essential.
- Generic reporting course is essential.
- Report writing course is essential.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in Advanced Excel, Oracle/BI reports, Zendek, Vitel and Falcon.
- Knowledge of data analysis principles, processes and best standards.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- General knowledge of business operations and information flow processes.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, manage and analyse data to identify trends, improve reporting efficiency and support business decision-making.
- Perform regular data reviews, apply data quality checks, prepare consolidated reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain reporting processes and data visualisation tools while recommending improvements and solutions to business challenges.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Deliver on service level agreements.
- Monitor turnaround times and service quality.
- Manage and resolve queries to enhance client service and business processes.
People & Continuous Improvement
- Share specialist knowledge, support change initiatives, contribute to innovation, and promote a culture of productivity and quality.
- Continuously develop expertise and take ownership of career growth.
Governance & Risk
- Support governance processes and compliance requirements.
- Escalate unresolved compliance issues.
- Contribute to risk identification and provide recommendations.
