Job Title: Service Providers Practice Consultant

The role: Our client is seeking a Service Providers Practice Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing optimal support to healthcare providers on the network, expanding the network, and promoting the Scheme.
Functions:
- Provide personalised support to healthcare providers on the network, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Expand the network of healthcare providers by identifying and engaging potential partners.
- Promote the Scheme to healthcare providers, highlighting its benefits and advantages.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Utilise excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to facilitate administrative tasks.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all interactions and documentation.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and Internet.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with strong interpersonal communication.
- Team player with a caring attitude.
- Flexible in adapting to changes and management decisions.
- Proficient in problem-solving techniques and record keeping.
- Leadership skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Medical or business-related degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health-related or medical scheme environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, medical representation, or interaction with specialists.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
