Practice Operations & Admin Manager
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to oversee the daily operations, finances, and administration of a busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, collections, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and minimal revenue leakage
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient practice management
- Supervise and support admin, reception, and billing teams to maintain high performance
- Monitor financial reporting, expenses, and supplier payments
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiencies
- Manage stock control, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Maintain strong relationships with patients and external stakeholders
- Ensure effective use of systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking
- Support marketing activities and maintain brand consistency
Key Requirements:
- Strong financial and operational management experience
- Proven team leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM or practice management systems (e.g. Zoho advantageous)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
