Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Coordinating Nurse to join our medical assistance team. The successful candidate will coordinate medical cases, provide clinical guidance, and liaise with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care and effective case management.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage medical assistance cases.

Communicate with hospitals, healthcare providers, and internal teams.

Provide medical assessments and recommendations.

Support nurse escort coordination when required.

Maintain accurate case documentation and follow company procedures.
Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with a Nursing Degree/Diploma.

Registered with SANC.
-
Current ACLS certification.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICU, ER, or related acute care.

Strong written communication in English (additional languages advantageous).

Experience in telephone triage, aviation, maritime, or international assistance is beneficial.
Additional Information

Shift work is required and schedules may vary.

Occasional travel may be required.
