Duties:
Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organisation
Execute and own defined initiatives to enhance processes
Analyse processes and implement targeted improvements
Translate data into actionable insights to support operational excellence
Requirements:
BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills
Knowledge of Kaizen, RPE, and analytics tools
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams
Familiarity with the following:
Pharmaceutical industry standards
Continuous improvement methodologies
