Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse, Chemotherapy Qualified, to join a specialised Chemotherapy Unit within a leading private hospital environment. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care, supervising junior staff, and ensuring compliance with all professional and ethical standards governing nursing practice.
This role requires a clinically strong and emotionally resilient professional who can manage complex oncology cases, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and contribute to a patient-centred environment focused on continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
Deliver and supervise comprehensive chemotherapy nursing care in accordance with SANC regulations and ethical codes
Apply the scientific nursing process to develop and manage individualised care plans
Coordinate and oversee the activities of healthcare team members providing basic patient care
Enhance patient satisfaction through continuous quality improvement initiatives
Assist in managing and resolving patient and multidisciplinary team complaints
Contribute to maintaining a physically and emotionally safe environment, including infection control and SHEQ compliance
Support cost-effective care through responsible stock management, case management, and billing compliance
Mentor and coach unit staff, contributing to performance management and in-service training initiatives
What You Bring
General Nursing Degree or Diploma
Registration with SANC
Postgraduate qualification in Oncology/Chemotherapy Nursing, recognised by SANC
Relevant clinical experience within a chemotherapy or oncology environment
Strong understanding of professional accountability and ethical nursing practice
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Sound problem-solving, analytical, and judgement skills
Computer proficiency and understanding of the private healthcare sector advantageous
