The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and support the team
- Assist with product registrations and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and organised filing systems
- Handle incoming emails, calls and correspondence professionally
- Coordinate administrative tasks and track progress using structured to-do lists
- Assist with processing paperwork and supporting internal office systems
- Identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently
The ideal candidate has the following knowledge, experience, and skills:
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office and basic project management tools)
- Experience in a similar position (advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks
- Strong time management, planning and prioritising skills
- Highly adaptable and ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English)
- Strong sense of self-confidence
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical standards in all aspects of work
- Inquisitive mind and eagerness to learn
- Drivers licence and own transport
