Be responsible for the technical upkeep of the facility and ensure that the site complies to all legal governing requirements and standards playing a working artisan role.

Preferably Millwright with PLC programming experience
OHS/NOSA Safety Act specialist, will be GMR2 for site
Requirements:
Tertiary certificate in maintenance related field
Qualified Millwright with PLC fault finding/programming experience
5 Years production Maintenance experience, preferably in FMCG or CPG environment
5 Years knowledge of Cellar processes, preferably in fermentation
