Analysing business processes and spotting opportunities for improvement

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management
Exposure to Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Confidence to challenge ideas
Qualification:
Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering or a related field
Industry certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Agile, Scrum, etc.) are a BIG plus
