Job Summary
We’re looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver high‑impact projects across our Shared Services functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning, tracking, governance, and delivery, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

? What You’ll Do
As our Project Manager, you will:- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional Shared Services projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with department heads to develop project proposals, plans, timelines, and resource models.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, scope documents, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
- Track and maintain all project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, risk lists, and open‑issue logs.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability for each project ensuring financial performance is on track.
- Conduct risk assessments, manage mitigation actions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement by applying structured project management and process methodologies.
? What You’ll Bring
You’re a strong fit for this role if you have:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A project management certification (CAPM, PMP, CSM, etc.) a strong advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management or Shared Services roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in cross‑functional and matrix environments.
- High proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools and principles.
