Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain, repair, and install factory machinery and technical infrastructure, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Develop and execute maintenance plans, preventive and corrective maintenance, and document all work performed.

Build and maintain factory structures and assist with machinery installation.

Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.

Support continuous improvement through technical innovation, self-development, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 (Secondary Education)

Minimum N3 in Millwright Trade Theory; Trade Tested

At least 5 years’ post-trade test industrial maintenance experience
