Duties:
- Facilitating and /or coordinating technical and operational training.
- Developing and implementing CLIENT training materials/programs/manuals.
- Manage learnership programs (operations and technical trainees, EIT’s, apprentices, interns & graduates).
- Driving safer working environment through consistent safety training & improved competency in safe work procedure.
- Capture all planned / scheduled training on the HR systems and provide accurate reports.
- Provide monthly training reports and compile CLIENT’s WSP and ATR for online submission.
