Manufacturing concern based in Rosslyn is urgently looking for a "Back Office Admin Clerk" with experience in a fast paced environment to join the Team.
The initial start will be on fixed term contract based where after possibility of permanent contract may be an option - depending on performance of individual mainly.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
• Bank statements – daily check and reconciling
• Filing on a regular basis
• Generating / obtaining PO’s
• Responsible for Petty Cash management. Submitting petty cash claim forms with supporting documents to Head Office for reimbursements
• Requesting quotations from suppliers
• Obtaining approvals, preparing payment requests for sign-off, submitting to Finance for payment
• Daily update of SAGE300 system wrt stock levels, raw materials, assemblies
• Maintaining sufficient raw material levels for use at all times (this will include planning and ordering ahead of time)
