The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through developing strong relationships within the mining industry, and managing and leveraging key accounts for continued success of the business. The business manufactures and supplies specialised steel products.
The key aspects of this role include:
Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on the mining industry.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence within major mining houses and contractors.
Manage and grow existing client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations and close large commercial agreements.
Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Experience and Skills required:
This role will suit a seasoned Sales Manager who has a deep understanding of the mining sector. Someone who has excellent relationship building skills with a strong commercial mindset.
