Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive, manufacturing, or mining industry Strong technical background in vehicle mechanics, engineering, or workshop operations Leadership experience managing teams of artisans and technicians Solid understanding of workshop processes, production planning, and quality control Experience in cost management, budgeting, and improving operational efficiency Knowledge of health & safety regulations within a workshop or production environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport Duties Oversee daily workshop and production operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity Lead, manage, and mentor a team of artisans, technicians, and support staff Ensure all vehicles are manufactured and maintained to high-quality and safety standards Implement and monitor production schedules and workflow processes Manage maintenance, repairs, and technical diagnostics of vehicles.Error!
