Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 6 to 8 years Production Supervisory experience, specifically within the Heavy Engineering or Metals Manufacturing Industry
- N3 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering required
- Must be a Trade Tested Fitter and Turner
- Additional Degree or Diploma in Management or similar will be advantageous
- Good understanding of CNC Lathes | Slotting, Planer and Milling Machines required
- Ability to manage a team of around 40 Production Employees including Workflow Planning | Production Scheduling | Reporting | Health & Safety Management | Overseeing of Machine Maintenance and more
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
Salary Structure:
- Annual CTC Package of around R 980K, based on experience and qualification
