Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:- Must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience within a Production or Industrial Manufacturing environment
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Production | Manufacturing | Operations Management | Industrial Engineering | Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience within Adhesives | Chemicals | Plastics | Coatings or related manufacturing environments advantageous
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety Legislation | Quality Standards and Operational Compliance within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive Productivity | Process Improvement | Operational Efficiencies and Cost Control Initiatives
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
Salary Structure:
- Negotiable Monthly Salary Package, based on experience and qualification
