Key Results Area:
- Achieve budgeted revenue targets by identifying and assessing customer needs, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Increase revenue through sales by analysing the territory/market’s potential, prospecting and cold calling
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Takes responsibility for the management of the sales administrative process
- Lead and direct support staff to ensure the consistent delivery of quality service & products, on time and on budget
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service, increase sales & efficiency and the overall profitability of the business

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Grade 12 supported by a relevant tertiary/supplementary commercial qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in B2B technical sales.
- Previous experience in the electronic manufacturing industry would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proven customer relationship management skills.
- Track record of success in B2B sales and revenue achievement.
- Good prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership ability and willing to assist knowledge and skill development of colleagues.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Afrikaans.
- Good understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
- At least intermediate skills in Microsoft 356.
